Load the following documents:
1. Charter.
2. Certificate of State registration of a legal entity.
3. Legal entity's certificate of registration with the tax authority.
4. A document certifying the right of signature of the Treaty.
5. Order (decision) concerning the appointment of the Director General.
6. Order on appointment of the Chief Accountant.
7. Licenses, permits, if available.
8. Documents confirming the entry and membership in the self-regulatory organizations-CPO, if such an entry is mandatory.
9. Accounting and tax reporting for the previous reporting period, with the mark on the admission tax inspectorate. If information is not provided by the supplier, that is checked by the supply Division in support resources.
10. Certificate about absence of indebtedness to the budget issued by the tax authority of the supplier dated not earlier than 3 months prior to the current date.
11. Quality Passport on the Tin.
12. A certificate of origin.
