Auto-extension

Delivery terms:1. The delivery time for spare parts is March 2020.
2. Availability of quality certificates for the requested goods and materials.
3. The prices for the Goods should include delivery to the Buyer (delivery address of goods and materials indicated in the tender) and other costs associated with the delivery.
4. PARTICIPATION ONLY PARTICIPANTS APPLYING A COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL FOR THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENT FORM AND FULFILLING ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ALLOWED.

Comments:
1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload a commercial offer on the letterhead, signed by the head, according to the proposed inventory materials (according to the table form in the procurement documentation).
2. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
