Payment terms:Payment within 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the UPD for the supply of goods.
Delivery terms:1. The delivery date of spare parts is April 2024.
2. Availability of quality certificates, passports for the requested goods. Only new spare parts and assemblies are allowed for delivery.
3. The prices of the Goods must take into account the delivery to the Buyer (to the delivery address of the goods center specified in the tender) and other costs associated with the delivery.
4. ONLY Bidders WHO HAVE SUBMITTED A COMMERCIAL OFFER IN THE FORM OF BID DOCUMENTATION AND WHO HAVE FULFILLED ALL THE CONDITIONS OF Call FOR Bidding ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCEDURE

Comments:
1. The Bidder who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting bids expires, is obliged to upload a commercial offer to the system, on letterhead, signed by the manager, for the proposed goods and services (according to the table form in the bid documentation).
2. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice about a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
