The Bidder who took part in the procedure (who made the offer), before the deadline for accepting bids expires, must upload the following documents to the system (downloading these documents is optional if the Bidder has them in his Personal Workspace, and the Bidder must indicate this in his offer):
1.1. Charter (with all additions and changes if they were).
1.2. Certificate of state registration.
1.3. Certificate of tax registration.
1.4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
1.5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
1.6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
1.7. Commercial offer, according to the terms of the terms of reference.
2. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Call for Bidding Organizer and the Winners will be concluded within 10 working days after the date of determining the winner.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
