Payment terms:
Payment within 30 banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the final Act of acceptance of the completed works.
Comments: 1. The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload to the system:
1.1. A set of permits entitling the Contractor to carry out activities (an extract from the SRO with appendices and other permits).
1.2. The draft estimate, indicating: the cost of the equipment involved; the coefficients used in the estimate.
1.3. A commercial offer indicating: the total cost of the work performed, broken down by repair objects, payment terms, the duration of the work and the warranty period for the work performed.
2. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
