Comments:
The Participant who took part in the procedure (who made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system (downloading these documents is optional if they are available to the Participant in the Personal Account, while the Participant must indicate this in his proposal):
1.1. Technical and commercial proposal indicating the cost services, deadlines, payment terms.
1.2. The Charter (with all additions and amendments, if any).
1.3. Certificate of state registration.
1.4. Certificate of tax registration.
1.5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
1.6. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
1.7. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
2. This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
3. It is assumed that the contract between the Organizer of the purchase and the Winner will be concluded within 15 working days after the date of determining the winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
