Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Bidders who do not have VAT in the region must submit the cost (i.e., if the E-Marketplaces indicate the cost of 100,000 rubles with VAT, then the Bidder with a simplified taxation system must submit the cost of 100,000 rubles.
