LLC "Turkey Yard" invites you to take part in the Contractual Counterparty selection procedure for the manufacture of metal structures and delivery to the facility.

Required set of documents for participation:

1. The current version of the Charter with amendments and additions, containing the mark of the body that carried out the state registration of the legal entity. A copy is provided
2. Certificate of assignment of TIN/ KPP. A copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
3. Certificate of registration with the tax authority and assignment of the OGRN. A copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
4. A letter from Goskomstat on the assignment of OKVED, OKPO statistics codes, etc. A copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
5. Certificates issued by the Federal Tax Service on making entries in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Copies are provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
6. Decisions of the Founders' Meeting
(Bidders) on the appointment of the head of the counterparty or another document provided for by the charter. The original or copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
7. The order to assume the position of the head of the Counterparty is provided with a copy, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty
8. Power of attorney confirming the authority of the signatory of the Agreement (when signing the agreement not by the manager). A copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
9. License or admission of the counterparty, if the activities carried out under the agreement are subject to licensing or certification in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Copies are provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty.
10. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities with the date of issue no more than 30 calendar days before the date of submission of documents. The original or copy is provided, or by an authorized person of the Counterparty. VAT tax return for the last period.
11. Notification of the transition to a simplified taxation system (under the USN). A copy certified by a notary or an authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.
12. The commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization must contain the following: The cost for each unit, the total amount, the warranty period.
13. It is possible to visit the facility by prior arrangement.
14. At least 3 years of experience in this field.
