Required condition for participation in solicitation and contract of sale - Required condition 2 licenses for this type of scrap: License to carry out collection activities, Transport, Treatment, Recycling, Disposal, Location of Hazard Class I-IV Waste (with Annexes); License to Purpose, Storage, Recycling, and Disposal of Colored Scrap metals (with applications). Or a contract with a subcontracting organization and its listed licenses above.
