The Bidding procedure is carried out in two stages, with the appointment of the rebidding stage, before the request for documents after the end of the Bidding procedure, to update the Commercial Proposal in accordance with the E-Marketplaces, will be assigned (one before the request).

• Copy of passport (2.3 pages, registration address) for sole proprietor
• Certificate of ownership or lease agreement for office space at the legal and actual location
• Power of attorney for the right to conclude a contract (in cases where the contract is concluded by a person acting on the basis of a power of attorney)
• Income tax return for the last reporting period with a receipt for admission
• VAT declaration for the last reporting period with a receipt for admission
• Information on the average number of employees (CND Form 1110018 for the previous reporting year) with a receipt for admission
• A certificate of the status of payments for taxes, fees, penalties received under the TCS (no later than 1 month before the date of conclusion of the contract; the allowable amount of debt is not more than 100 thousand rubles.)
• Information on the form SSV-M provided to the FIU for the last reporting period with confirmation of their acceptance, or Protocol verification of the reporting of the SSV-M, indicating in it the number of insured persons for the last reporting period;
• Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for the last two reporting periods (years) and tax returns as part of the title page and section 1 with receipt receipt (income tax, unified agricultural tax, USN and VAT) for the last two tax periods at the time of provision of the specified information. If an organization applies a simplified taxation system, financial statements may not be provided.

Additionally for sole proprietors:
12. A copy of the IP passport (a section with the signature of this person is required). A copy certified by a notary or an authorized person of the Counterparty is provided.

It is also mandatory to upload the correct Commercial Proposal file according to the Bidding procedure.
WITHOUT PROVIDING A COMPLETE SET OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS, PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
To participate in the Call for Bidding procedure, it is mandatory to back up the Commercial Offer on the organization's letterhead with the following information:
- willingness to work according to the standard form of the Delivery Contract of the Management Company Damate;
- delivery time in calendar days;
- the price of the goods in VAT 20%;
- warranty period;
- payment terms (subject to the requirements of the Damate Management Company) within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- terms of delivery, at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse located at: LLC "New duck farms", Rostov region, Millerovo, Promyshlennaya str. 1
