Comments: When placing an bid for participation in the procurement procedure, we ask you to attach a technical and commercial proposal on letterhead (optional specification in Excel format) containing the value of the goods with VAT, the cost of transportation costs (if any), the terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations.
We also ask you to attach dealer agreements with the manufacturer (if any), certificates of conformity of the TR CU, and other technical documentation for the products.
Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms and contract in the form of a buyer, experience working with a supplier.
If the bid allows consideration of equivalents, the proposed equivalents must have characteristics no worse than those declared for the original; for the equivalent, the product name is indicated in accordance with the specification, GOST, technical specifications, if necessary, a technical description is attached. In case of offers of imported equivalent, specify the country of the manufacturer (the equivalent description field).
All questions and requests for clarifications on the bid must be placed in the "Clarifications" section of the E-Marketplaces.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
