Limitation of liability: This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the regulations of the Organizers of the Bidding procedure as part of the request for commercial offers, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
