8. Power of attorney confirming the powers of the signing of the Agreement (when signing a contract by a non-supervisor). A copy certified by a notarized or authorized Counterparty is provided.
9. Contracting party's license or admission if the activity performed under the contract is subject to licensing or certification in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. Copies certified by notarized or authorized Counterparty are provided.
10. Extract from EGRUL with a date of issuance not more than 30 calendar days prior to the date of submission of the documents. The original is provided either a notarized copy or by an authorized Counterparty person. VAT Tax Return for the latest period.
11. Notice of the transition to a simplified tax system (under OOS). A copy certified by a notarized or authorized Counterparty is provided.
