Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the competition for the provision of personnel training services for the programs:
• Small boat navigator;
• Sailor;
• Training program for work on a passenger ship;
• Winch;
• Skipper;
• Disorder Management Training Program.

Terms of service provision:
1. Start date of work: 05/25/2021;
2. Completion date: 12/30/2021 with further prolongation.

Mandatory requirements for the Contractor:
The contractor must have a license to carry out educational activities and have:
• Qualified teaching staff;
• The necessary educational and material base;
• The necessary educational and thematic plans that allow for training according to the relevant programs of professional retraining and advanced training. Availability of documents permitting the right to study in these programs.

Responsibility and obligations of the Contractor:
1. Provide educational services in full in accordance with educational programs with proper quality;
2. Provide the Customer with educational services in a timely manner;
3. If necessary, the Contractor sends his representative to interact with the Customer;
4. Timely inform the Customer about the circumstances that impede the provision of educational services, and suspend their provision before receiving appropriate instructions from the Customer;
5. Receive from the Customer any information necessary to fulfill their obligations. If the Customer fails to submit or provides inaccurate information, the Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of educational services until the necessary information is provided;
6. To independently determine the methods of rendering services, guided by the interests of the Customer;
7. Engage other persons (subcontractors) without the prior consent of the Customer. If other persons are involved, the Contractor is liable to the Customer for the consequences of non-performance or improper performance of obligations. The customer is not entitled to present the sub-contractor with claims related to the latter's violation of this contract.

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 10:00 (Moscow time) on April 28, 2021 with the following attachments:
- commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person;
- proposal card (Appendix No. 2 to the letter);
- counterparty questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- scanned copies of permits required for the performance of work;
- charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the OGRN);
- tax registration certificate;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 4 to the letter).

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
