3. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 20 days;
4. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the implementation of input control in the buyer's warehouse;
5. Mandatory: provision of Commercial Proposals.
