Comments: Commercial offers must be submitted according to the template (attached). The best offer is selected from the price-quality ratio. The price must be offered both in bulk and in big bags, packing of 1000 kg. The volume in bulk or in big bags will be selected depending on the needs of production. Required with delivery: veterinary certificate, quarantine certificate / phytosanitary control acts (if necessary), certificate / declaration of conformity, manufacturer's quality certificate. Pre-provide a sample of granular bran for research.
To participate in the auction, you must obtain RUSAGRO accreditation on the B2B-Center ETP. Trades will be held in 1 stage. We work according to our contract form and attachments (in the attachment). Also, the winner of the auction will need to provide a complete set of statutory documents (in the attachment). In the auction, you must specify the minimum price for the Goods. After the auction, the best product will be selected depending on the price-quality ratio. All vehicles delivering the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is imperative to attach a certified route for vehicles (bypassing ASF zones) on the ETP.
If several offers indicate the same lowest price for the Lot, the winner of the electronic auction is the applicant whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, all other things being equal. If the applicant, for technical reasons or some other (problems in power supply, power surges, lack of the Internet, employees on a business trip) could not be posted on the electronic site, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted. Everything is only on the electronic platform.
