It is mandatory to attach a certificate / declaration of conformity, a quality certificate/ quality passport to the ETP application. All vehicles delivering Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is absolutely necessary to attach a certified route of motor transport to the ETP (with a detour of ASF zones).
If the same lowest price per Lot is indicated in several offers, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers, other things being equal, is recognized as the winner of the electronic auction. If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in the power supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees on a business trip) could not be exhibited on the electronic platform, his commercial offers by e-mail will not be accepted.
