Comments: Attention quality requirements:
The mass fraction of crude protein in terms of a.s.v. is not less than 51.0% / The mass fraction of crude protein in terms of a.s.v. is not less than 48.0%; the acid number of fat is not more than 40 mg KOH /g.
The remaining indicators are according to the specification (attached), which is an integral part of this request for proposals.

Commercial offers must be submitted according to the template (attached). The best offer is selected from the price-quality ratio, or soybean meal with 48% protein for a.s.v. or soybean meal with 51% protein for a.s.v., With delivery required: veterinary certificate, quarantine certificate/phytosanitary control certificates (if necessary), certificate/declaration of conformity, manufacturer's quality certificate. Pre-provide a sample of soybean meal for research.
To participate in the competitive bidding process, it is necessary to obtain RUSAGRO accreditation on the B2B-Center Platform. The competitive bidding process will be conducted in 1 stage. We work according to our contract form and appendices (in the attachment). Also, the Competitive bidding process winner will need to provide a complete set of statutory documents (in the attachment). In the competitive bidding process, you must specify the minimum price for the Product. After the COMPETITIVE bidding process, the best Product will be selected depending on the price-quality ratio. Preliminary provision of a sample for research is mandatory!
All vehicles delivering Goods to the Buyer's warehouse must be equipped with trackers provided by the Buyer. It is absolutely necessary to attach a certified route of the vehicle to the E-Marketplaces (with a detour of ASF zones).
If several offers indicate the same lowest price per Lot, the bidder whose price offer was received earlier than other offers is recognized as the winner of the electronic Competitive bidding process, all other things being equal.
