In the competitive bidding process, you must specify the minimum price for the Product. After the COMPETITIVE bidding process, the best Product will be selected depending on the price-quality ratio. Preliminary provision of a sample for research is mandatory!
Attention: The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer.
