We work according to our contract form and appendices (in the attachment). Also, the Competitive bidding process winner will need to provide a complete set of statutory documents for the conclusion of the contract (in the attachment). In the competitive bidding process, you must specify the minimum price for the Product. After the COMPETITIVE bidding process, the best Product will be selected depending on the price-quality ratio. Preliminary provision of a sample for research is mandatory!
Attention: The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. The criteria for evaluating the proposal include: Compliance with Requirements Specifications / Specifications / Quality; Delivery time / Fulfillment; Warranty /expiration date; Deferred payment; Business reputation / experience with MBN; Willingness to work under a standard contract (without a protocol of disagreement).
