Reinforcement of the commercial offer is obligatory. The quotation must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
- Name, location (for a legal entity), surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (for a natural person), bank details of the participant;
- Price per volume (2000kg) with price per kg: The price should be specified in Russian rubles (Specify VAT and without VAT);
- Export time (according to TK);
- Payment terms
- Data on business reputation, experience with Rusagro Group, readiness to provide a complete set of documents of financial and tax reporting;
- Date of preparation and validity of the offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
- Acceptable amount of penalties for violation of the term of performance of export obligations
- The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
