Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment under this Agreement shall be made on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the supplier not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the parties without comments Consignment note (f. Torg-12) or UPD, as well as providing the original, certified by seals and signatures of the parties to the supply contract
Delivery terms:
Franco-Warehouse to the address: MOSCOW, ul. Industrial D. 4.
Comments: Be sure to download the KP with payment terms, delivery deadlines. The price must include the TTR to the buyer's warehouse.
At delivery it is obligatory presence of the certificate, the passport and/or instructions to the delivered goods in Russian language. Documents must be stamped by the manufacturer, supplier.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
