Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
the buyer agrees to pay the supplier the funds at a rate of 100% (one hundred) of the value of the goods not later than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of shipping documents MF/f, t and TTH or by agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:
