Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the regions of the Far North to the Object, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
