Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original reporting documents (sf, bid12) of the original quality certificate, copies of certificates of conformity. Other payment terms are also considered.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: 15-20 business days from the date of signing the specification.
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
The supplied products shall be new.

Comments:
During the procurement process, volumes can be adjusted.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the opening of envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Supply and Goods Agreement in the form of a scanned copy to their proposals in electronic form.
4. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
5. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
