Mandatory conditions:
The order and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
Provision of a Bank guarantee with an advance of 10,000,000 rubles. (BG according to the template and from the Bank agreed by JSC "Thunder"), the validity period of BG is equal to the entire duration of the work and 60 calendar days after signing the act of acceptance of the object / works in warranty operation.
Payment of the Guarantee amount in the amount of 10% of the Contract value is carried out in the following order:
- Payment of the first part of the Guarantee amount in the amount of 5% of the Contract value is carried out no earlier than 60 (sixty) and no later than 70 (seventy) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the certificate of acceptance of the object for warranty operation in case of elimination of critical comments of the acceptance commission;
- Payment of the second part of the Guarantee amount in the amount of 5% of the Contract value is carried out 1 year from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance of the object for warranty operation (subject to the elimination by the General Contractor of the comments of the Acceptance Commission, as well as other reasonable comments of the Customer to the results of Work for which the General Contractor is responsible during the Warranty period).
This condition is included if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 3 million rubles.
The warranty period for completed construction and installation works is 24 months from the date of transfer of the results of the work to the Customer for warranty operation. For equipment and materials: in accordance with the warranty periods of the manufacturers, but not less than 24 months.
The term of execution of works is not more than 80 calendar days.
Design — 30 calendar days.
SMR- 40 calendar days.
Conducting RC, IC — 10 calendar days.
The schedule of work and all activities should be agreed with the Customer additionally.
The estimated start date of the project is 01.11.2022.
Removal and disposal of construction debris resulting from construction and installation works
The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
The need for accreditation in JSC "Thunder" for construction and repair in large formats for consideration of the results of the tender and further work
The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Contract must correspond to the cost of the work performed.
Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor
Provision of a letter of guarantee on the availability of QR codes or vaccination certificates for all employees at the construction site for this competition.
The validity period of the CP is at least 2 months
Agreement with the prices for additional works according to Appendix No. 3
The formation of the cost for additional work is carried out on the basis of the estimated calculation according to the GESN (see Appendix No. 3), performed under the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost
of general construction and special works". It is agreed with the customer before the start of work and is formalized by an additional agreement. The main coefficients are indicated in the additional fields"

Other requirements:
1. The absence of problematic objects of JSC "Thunder" according to the main criteria: there is no judicial / pre-judicial work with the spacecraft, the absence of critical comments that have not been eliminated (indicated in the act of the final commission, etc. a similar document), etc.
2. Lack of affiliation with other contest participants
3. According to the results of the competition, it is possible to appoint a backup counterparty.
Criteria for the transition from the main counterparty to the reserve counterparty: non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the main counterparty, refusal of the main counterparty to sign the contract.
The transition to a backup counterparty is possible before the signing of the act of access / act of acceptance and transfer of the construction site.
The appointment of the Company as a reserve will be carried out only with the prior consent of the counterparty with the designation of a possible transition period (provision of a letter of guarantee from the CA).
