Continuation of the ZP No. 2392738.
The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
Providing a Bank guarantee with an advance of 10,000,000 rubles. (BG from the bank is included in the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of Tander JSC, the validity period of BG is equal to the entire construction period of the object 60 days from the moment the object was put into operation or the final KS2 and KS3 were signed on the investment program).
The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract value, paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of work performed. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20,000,000 rubles.
The warranty period for the work performed is at least 1 year from the date of signing of the Act of work performed.
"The term of the work is not more than 60 calendar days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility, without interruption of operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer. "
