Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear participants!
Terms and conditions of payment - in accordance with the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
Provision of a Bank guarantee at the advance of 10,000,000 rubles (BG from the bank entrance to TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of the BG equals the entire construction period of the facility + 60 days from the moment of commissioning of the facility or signing of the final COP2 and COP3 on the investment program).
"The guarantee amount is 10% of the value of the contract
is paid to the general contractor in two parts:
1. part - 5% after signing the act of delivery and acceptance of the object into warranty operation
2. part - 5% after 1 year after putting the object into warranty operation"
Warranty period for performed works - 2 years
Work period - 60 calendar days
In the dismantling of internal utilities and systems, it is necessary to arrange actual placement schemes with links on the plan of utility networks and equipment for subsequent installation utilities and equipment.$ When mounting these schemes are agreed with the Customer.

Please note that participation in this tender is possible only when filling all calculation options! (both lots)
"The cost formation of additional work is made on the basis of the estimated calculation of the GESS (see Appendix No. 3),
executed under the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost
general construction and special works". Agreed with the customer prior to the start of work and issued with an additional agreement.
The main coefficients are specified in additional fields"
The amount of wages of workers (person/hour) in rubles (for additional works) see Appendix #3
The amount of transportation costs in% of the cost of materials (for additional works) see Appendix #3
The amount of procurement and warehouse expenses in% of the cost of materials (for additional works) see Appendix #3
The coefficient of the shy of the FOT (for additional works) see Appendix #3

A procurement participant can repeatedly improve their price offer before the end of submission.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
