Auto-extension

Dear participants!

Terms and conditions of payment - in accordance with the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
Provision of a Bank guarantee with advance from RUB 10,000,000. (BG from the bank entrance to TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of the BG equals the entire construction period of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the object into operation or signing of the final COP2 and COP3 on the Investment Programme).
The guarantee amount is 5% of the value of the contract, is paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of Reception of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
"Warranty period for the works performed - not less than 2 years from the moment the parties signed the Act of delivery and acceptance of the object into warranty operation.
Warranty for equipment in accordance with the conditions of the manufacturers' passport data from the moment the parties signed the acceptance of the object into the warranty exploitation."
"Period of production of works - no more than 105 calendar days (including development of RD), subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility, without termination of operational activity.
