Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear participants!
Please note that participation in this tender is possible only when filling out all options of calculation!

Please take into account:
1. The order and conditions of payment - according to the terms specified in the description (name) of lots.
2. Providing Bank Guarantee at the advance of 10 000 000 rubles. (BG from the bank entry. to TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of the BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the object or signing of the final COP 2 and COP 3 on the investment program).
3. The guarantee amount is 5% of the value of the contract, is paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20 000 000 rubles.
4. Warranty period for performed works - not less than 1 (one) year from the moment of signing of the Act of performed works.
5. Term of production of works - no more than 28 calendar days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the object, without termination of operational activity.
The procedure and schedule of production of works must be agreed with the Customer."
6. The organization must be a member of the SRO and have at least 5 people in the state of ITR
7. Main/profile activity of the organization, repair and construction of buildings and structures.
8. Necessity of accreditation to Tander JSC for consideration of tender results and further work

The purchasing participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of the application.
Only one legal entity may participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
