Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear participants!
Please note that participation in this tender is possible only if all calculation options are filled in!

Please take into account:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
2. Providing a bank guarantee with an advance payment of 10,000,000 rubles. (BG from the bank is included in the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the BG validity period is equal to the entire construction period of the facility + 60 days from the moment the facility is put into operation or the signing of the final KS2 and KS3 under the investment program).
3. The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract value, paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of the work performed. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 20,000,000 rubles.
4. Estimated start date of work - from 01/05/2021 to 02/20/2021
5. The warranty period for the work performed is at least 2 (two) years from the date of signing the Act of the work performed.
6. "The term of the work is no more than 45 (forty five) calendar days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility, without interrupting operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer. "
7. The organization must be a member of the SRO and have at least 5 engineers and technicians in the staff
8. The main / core activity of the organization and the experience of conducting, General construction works, fire-retardant treatment of structures, obtained by the IPL Act.
9. The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" to consider the results of the tender and further work
10. Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.
11. Consent to prices for additional works according to Appendix No. 3

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
