Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Please take into account:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
2. Providing a bank guarantee with an advance payment of 10,000,000 rubles. (BG from the bank is included in the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of the BG is equal to the entire construction period of the facility + 60 days from the date of commissioning the facility or signing the final KS2 and KS3 under the investment program).
3. The guaranteed amount is 10% of the contract value
paid to the general contractor in two installments:
1. part - 5% after signing the acceptance certificate of the object for warranty operation
2. part - 5% in 1 year after putting the object into warranty operation
4 The warranty period for the work performed is at least 2 years from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion.
5 The term for the production of works is no more than 30 calendar days.
The procedure and schedule for the production of work must be agreed with the customer.
6 Commencement of work no later than 10/26/2020.
7 The organization must be a member of the SRO and have at least 5 engineers and technicians in the staff
8 The main / core activity of the organization and experience in the repair and construction of buildings and structures.
9 The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" to consider the results of the tender and further work
10 Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
11 When preparing, concluding a contract, it is possible to make changes to the individual Requirements for technical solutions during design, which will not entail an increase in the volume, types of work and cost.
12 Agreement with prices for add. works according to Appendix No. 3

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
