В целях обеспечения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной заявки, Участник Конкурса заключает Соглашение о неустойке. Участник Конкурса обязуется уплатить неустойку в размере 3% (три процента) от начальной (максимальной) цены договора (цены лота) (с учётом НДС) в случае нарушения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной заявки.

Победителем Конкурса будет признан Участник Конкурса, Конкурсная заявка которого была признана соответствующей требованиям открытого конкурса и заняла первое место в итоговом ранжире Конкурсных заявок по степени предпочтительности для Заказчика. Договор с Победителем будет заключен в течение 20 (Двадцати) дней после подписания Протокола о результатах конкурса.
