в целях обеспечения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки, Участник Конкурса заключает Соглашение о неустойке. Участник открытого Конкурса обязуется уплатить неустойку в размере 3 (трех) % от начальной (максимальной) цены договора (цены лота) в случае нарушения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки. Обязательство Участника по оплате неустойки должно быть обеспечено путём предоставления банковской гарантии или путём внесения денежных средств на следующий расчётный счёт ПАО «МОЭСК».

Договор с Победителем будет заключен в течение 20 (Двадцати) дней после подписания Протокола о результатах конкурса
