в целях обеспечения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки, Участник Конкурса заключает Соглашение о неустойке. Участник открытого Конкурса обязуется уплатить неустойку в размере 3 (три) % от начальной (максимальной) цены договора (цены лота) в случае нарушения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки. Обязательство Участника по оплате неустойки должно быть обеспечено путём предоставления банковской гарантии или путём внесения денежных средств на расчётный счёт ПАО «МОЭСК»

Все документы, входящие в Конкурсную заявку, должны быть подготовлены на русском языке. Конкурсная заявка подаётся в электронном виде через систему «B2B-Moesk». Предоставление Участником Заявки в письменной (бумажной) форме не предусмотрено, за исключением следующих документов: оригинал соглашения о неустойке, оригинал банковской гарантии (в случае выбора данного вида обязательства по оплате неустойки)
