В целях обеспечения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной заявки, Участник Конкурса заключает Соглашение о неустойке. Участник Конкурса обязуется уплатить неустойку в размере 3 (три) % от начальной (максимальной) цены договора (цены лота) (с учётом НДС) в случае нарушения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной заявки. Обязательство Участника по оплате неустойки должно быть обеспечено путём предоставления банковской гарантии или путём внесения денежных средств на расчётный счёт ПАО «МОЭСК».
