В целях обеспечения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки, Участник Конкурса заключает Соглашение о неустойке. Участник открытого Конкурса обязуется уплатить неустойку в размере 3 (трех) % от начальной (максимальной) цены договора (цены лота) в случае нарушения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки. Обязательство Участника по оплате неустойки должно быть обеспечено путём предоставления банковской гарантии или путём внесения денежных средств на следующий расчётный счёт ПАО «МОЭСК».

Победителем Конкурса будет признан Участник Конкурса, Конкурсная заявка которого была признана соответствующей требованиям открытого конкурса и заняла первое место в итоговом ранжире Конкурсных заявок по степени предпочтительности для Заказчика. Договор с Победителем будет заключен в течение 20 (Двадцати) дней после подписания Протокола о результатах конкурса.
