important! Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 cal. days.
2. Guarantee - according to the model contract, unless otherwise specified in the TOR.
3. The CA's consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract.
4. The bidder guarantees the readiness of the first shipment in 30 days within the forecast of the confirmed volume. Delivery to the ATP and RC no more than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Delivery before the deadline specified in the order is not a violation.
5. The presence of an information label on each pallet indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the goods, the name of the manufacturer of goods, the delivery address.
6. Willingness to accept and process requests from the Customer for the supply of goods and materials on a weekly basis.
7. The ability to buffer the necessary volumes of goods and materials in your warehouse to meet the need.
8. The Buyer, if necessary (changes in volume requirements), has the right to reduce/increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of Equipment by 30% (both upward and downward) from the parties' agreement in the specification or order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days before the upcoming delivery.
At the same time, the conditions for the price and deferred payment remain unchanged according to the specification.
9. It is allowed to submit commercial offers in the following currency: Rubles
10. The cost of spare parts (calculated for 1 unit) is indicated taking into account delivery for the Customer's facilities.
11. The readiness of the spacecraft to keep the price, in case of division / reduction of volume.
12. The period of fixing the price of the goods: 1 calendar year or until the full sample of the joint venture.
13. The supplier is the official dealer/distributor of the conveyor manufacturer. List.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
