Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 20 working days from the date of signing the Act of acceptance of completed works (see Appendix 3. "Standard contract for the execution of a set of works on the development and approval of project documentation", namely Appendix 4 to the Standard Contract), subject to the provision by the Counterparty To the Customer of originals issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, primary accounting documents (Acts of acceptance of completed works, invoices, invoices for payment).
Delivery terms:• Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of at least from 01.02.2023 to 31.01.2024 (i.e. for at least 1 year). The willingness to fix the price for more than 1 year is an advantage of the Participant.
