Comments:
The direction of the Commercial Proposal with the application of the estimate and the indication of the possible deadlines for the execution of the work based on their capabilities of contractors (Bidders Called for Bidding). The Commercial Proposal must be issued on official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
In the Commercial Proposal, you must specify:
1) The cost of work with VAT. The Commercial Proposal must necessarily reflect the total amount. The cost must be final, firm, and include all extras. expenses.
2) Terms of payment (preference will be given to Bidders who have offered a non-cash payment system and maximum deferred payment).
3) Compliance with the requirements of the joint venture, SNIP operating in the territory of the Russian Federation;
4) Work experience (attach a reference list)
