Mandatory conditions:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
2. Please note that participation in this competition is possible only if you fill in all the calculation options! (both lots)
3. Providing a bank guarantee with an advance payment of 10,000,000 rubles. (BG from a bank included in the TOP 100, according to the template of JSC "Tander"), the validity period of the BG is equal to the entire duration of the work and 60 calendar days after the signing of the acceptance certificate for the warranty operation.
4. The guaranteed amount is 5% of the value of the contract, paid to the contractor 1 year after the date of signing by the parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the work performed. This condition is included in the agreement if the amount of the agreement is equal to or exceeds 3,000,000 rubles.
5. Warranty period: for work performed 24 months, for used consumables - 24 months.
6. The term of work is 200 kd for installation and commissioning.
7. Estimated start date of work: 02/15/2022
8. Work is carried out in a working warehouse, work areas locally, by grappling
9. If a participant provides an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and additional. requests for missing documentation will not be sent
10. The main / core activity of the organization and work experience - installation of PB systems from 1 year
11. The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" for construction and repair in large formats for consideration of the tender results and further work
12. The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement must correspond to the cost of the work performed.
13. Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
14. The original of the Agreement, signed by the counterparty, must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the moment the specified document was sent to the Contractor.
15. Provision of a letter of guarantee on the availability of QR codes or vaccination certificates for all workers at the construction site for this competition
16. Commercial offer validity period 2 months
17. Consent to prices for add. works according to Appendix No. 3

Other requirements:
1. Absence of problem objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: in relation to the spacecraft there is no claim work on the part of JSC "Tander", the absence of critical remarks that have not been resolved within the specified time (indicated in the act of the final commission or other similar document), due to the fault of the spacecraft there is no postponement of work execution)
2. Lack of affiliation with other participants in the competition
3. Based on the results of the tender, it is possible to appoint a reserve counterparty.
Criteria for the transition from the main counterparty to the reserve counterparty: non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the main counterparty, refusal of the main counterparty to sign the contract.
The transition to a backup counterparty is possible before the signing of the access certificate / acceptance certificate of the construction site.
The appointment of the Company as a reserve will be carried out only by prior agreement from the counterparty, indicating the possible transition period (provision of a letter of guarantee from the CA).
