Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Please note that participation in this competition is possible only if you fill in all the calculation options! (both lots)
Prices must be quoted in rubles only. Confirmation of fixing the value in rubles until 12/30/2021
Warranty period: for work performed 24 months, for used consumables and automation - 24 months.
Estimated start date of work: 11/10/2021
The term of the work is 14 kd for the execution of works on the installation of the heat treatment facility and for the commissioning of the work.

If a participant provides an incomplete package of documents upon request, proposals from such participants will not be considered and additional. requests for missing documentation will not be sent
Removal and disposal of construction waste resulting from construction and installation work. Daily post-construction cleaning of the premises before opening
The assembly of convection ovens, rotary ovens, proofing cabinets should be carried out by specialists who have certificates from the supplier's plant, in order to maintain the guarantee from the manufacturer
The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander"
Consent to the terms of the contract and the procedure for financing.
The original of the Agreement, signed by the counterparty, must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the moment the specified document was sent to the Contractor.

Other requirements:
1. Absence of problem objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: in relation to the spacecraft there is no claim work on the part of JSC "Tander", the absence of critical comments that have not been resolved within the specified time (indicated in the act of the final commission or other similar document), due to the fault of the spacecraft there is no postponement of work execution)
2. The counterparty simultaneously does not have more than three objects in operation for repair work and (or) repair work, for which the completion date has not expired (as of the date of the spacecraft's arrival at the object). Objects are taken into account in the spacecraft operation in the following directions: MS Opening (leased facilities), MS Redesign, Light Redesign (Adaptation), DC Construction, / MS.
3. Lack of affiliation with other participants in the competition

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
