В целях обеспечения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки, Участник Конкурса заключает Соглашение о неустойке. Участник открытого Конкурса обязуется уплатить неустойку в размере 3 (три) % от начальной (максимальной) цены договора (цены лота) в случае нарушения исполнения обязательств, связанных с участием в Конкурсе и подачей Конкурсной Заявки. Обязательство Участника по оплате неустойки должно быть обеспечено путём предоставления банковской гарантии или путём внесения денежных средств на расчётный счёт ПАО «МОЭСК»

Decision of the competitive commission:
For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ЭЛИТСТРОЙГРУПП" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 28 320 000,00 RUB(price excl. of VAT: 24 000 000,00 RUB).
