Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

The Bidder must be a member of the SRO (self-regulatory organization);
The Bidder must have resource capabilities (financial, logistical, production, labor). Availability of qualified specialists, necessary mechanisms and equipment for the production of works. The work should be carried out when workers are supplied with tested safety belts in accordance with the current TB rules.
The Bidder must not be in the Register of Unscrupulous Contractors (Suppliers, Performers) third-party Customers.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
