Comments:
1. Bid for participation in the tender.
2. The questionnaire of the Call for Bidding Bidder.
3. Technical and commercial proposal submitted in the form defined by the bid documentation. In the Technical and Commercial Proposal, we ask you to indicate the average cost of the assessment for one workplace.
4. Permits (certificates, licenses and certificates, other documents).
5. Information on the list and volumes of similar projects and deliveries over the past 3 years (reference list) or feedback on deliveries to other enterprises (at least 3).

Qualification documentation is provided to the organizer on the electronic trading platform.
The bid for participation in the tender and the qualification documentation must be signed by the same authorized representative of the applicant, the signatures are stamped.
The powers of the applicant's representative are confirmed by the attached certified copy of the act of appointment (election) to the position of head of a legal entity with reference to the charter or a power of attorney executed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
All documents must be neatly designed and filled out legibly. Erasures and corrections are not allowed
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
