Ranking of bids

4. Price fixing until 31.12.2023 (YES)
5. Confirmation of the price when dividing the volume between several participants (YES)

7. Delivery on Euro pallets in disassembled form; loading - in 1 tier;
mandatory presence of marking, SHK on the pallet and each unit; in one package - 1 unit of equipment (YES).

Other requirements and explanations:
1. Important! The price WITHOUT VAT will be taken into account as the basis of your offer.
2. Important! Do not allow fractions of kopecks in the offer when allocating VAT. (Example 27,333333)
3. Important! When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to have completed templates with the technical characteristics of the proposed equipment and working drawings.
4. Important! Delivery terms: pickup.
5. Important! Compliance with all the requirements of the TOR for their accounting in pricing is mandatory.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot take part in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated participants
