Payment terms:
Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
Delivery terms:
The delivery period (cooperation) is from 01.06.2022 to 31.01.2023. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to hold a new competition for the next period or prolong the signed conditions
The order of delivery is pickup from the Supplier's warehouse or delivery to the Buyer's facilities by the Supplier for an additional fee.
Orders will be placed on demand during the price fixing period.
