Requirements to the bidders:

Чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получить право заключить с Заказчиком Договор, Участник конкурса должен отвечать следующим требованиям:
обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения договора;
не являться неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находиться в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
обладать необходимыми для выполнения договора профессиональными знаниями и опытом, управленческой компетентностью и репутацией, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовые, материально-технические, трудовые);
не иметь отрицательного опыта по работе с ПАО «МОЭСК», а также с другими Заказчиками;
иным требованиям, установленным Конкурсной документацией.

Comments: in order to enforce the obligations related to participation in the contest and tender submission, the participant enters into an agreement on a penalty. A participant in an open competition shall pay a penalty equal to 2% (two per cent) from the initial (maximum) price contract (lot price) (including VAT) in case of violation of obligations related to participation in the contest and submitting a competitive application.
