in order to enforce the obligations involved in the request for proposals and submitting Proposals, RFP Participant signs an agreement on a penalty. Party request for proposals shall pay a penalty equal to 3 (three) percent from the initial (maximum) price contract (lot price) (including VAT) in case of violation of obligations related to participation in the request for proposals and submitting proposals. The obligation of the participant on payment of a penalty, shall be ensured by the provision of a bank guarantee or by depositing funds to the account of OJSC «RZD».
