Comments: In order to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations related to participation in the competition and submission of the Application, the Participant concludes the Agreement on the penalty. The Participant of the competition undertakes to pay a penalty of 3% (three percent) from the initial (maximum) price of the contract (the price of the lot) (including VAT) in case of breach of performance of obligations connected with participation in competition and submission of the Application. The Obligation of the Participant to pay the penalty shall be secured by providing a bank guarantee or by depositing funds to the current account of the PJSC "MOESSK"
